Keep in mind that due to may gray and june gloom, how far you are from the coast makes a big difference. Also, since may and june are probably the two best months in total sun light, it sucks when you’re closer to the coast. Where I live, I do get some marine layer in the morning, but it burns off, but not as early as those who live east of the 15. That’s probably why you’re seeing the difference in amount to total hours of energy.
