JWM in SD, you seem to think that every Realtor know every area like the back of their hand. However, I don’t think that’s reasonable to expect. sdr have always been focused on NCC. That’s what he knows and that’s what he’s been right on. Not every area is the same, if you follow Rich’s graphs long enough, you should know that. CV is not dropping like a rock like MM is. It went up less than MM, so it will go down less. Lumping all areas with a broad stroke is pretty foolish. After 2 years of declines, if you haven’t figured that out by now, I guess you’ll never will.
