JWM in SD, as a future buyer, I sure hope you’re right. I’m hoping long and hard we’ll be back to mid 80s price some day of less than $100/sq-ft in San Diego. Maybe then, starter homes (~1500 sq-ft) in Mira Mesa would be around $100k-$130k.
