Just my opinion, but if you are still agnozing over the decision it probably isnt the next 20 year house. When you see that one you will likley not be so apprehensive. Witha 4 year old time is still on your side. Be patient and take the time to find the one. The deal may be a bit better and it may be a bit worse but if its truly the one that wont matter. Then again, what do I know
