Just be aware that if you walk away, you are not sticking it to either the bank or the man or the man at the bank. No, at this point you are just sticking it to the taxpayer. So please stop with the BS argument that you are some valiant little soldier who was brave enough to take on the evil bank.
The bank has borrowed from the Fed (taxpayer) in order to provide you with a house and now if you don’t pay that money back, it is the taxpayer who will take the hit. So the only people you are sticking it to are people like the honest taxpayers on this board who consistently pay their bills.
