Crap? Have you spent much time in these neighborhoods? Talk about sweet spots. I guess for a lot of folks, much of San Diego is “Undiscovered Country.” There are great streets and sections in Linda Vista, for example. Have you seen the view from a nice lot up there?
You’ve gotta know where to look and the rhythms of the neighborhoods.
