Man, does that state gouge people. Property tax, toll roads and pay to go on the beach. And you have to endure harsh winters. That’s real love and devotion. I know people that will never leave it. Wrap your head around that one.[/quote]
You have to get “beach tags” on most of the Jersey beaches. But the wildwoods (North Wildwood, Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest) are all free. When we rented a condo in Stone Harbor one weekend, we were given the unit’s “tags” to take to the beach. They still groom the beach.
You have high prop. taxes, toll roads, and harsh winters… but hey, you don’t have to pump your own gas. LOL
