Yes, but that’s only 2.6X higher than its 1986 price. While the 1432 Bush house is 4.88x it’s 1986 price. While the MM I mentioned is 3.9x its 1983 price. Again, what has changed in MH between 1986 and now that made it appreciate this much (compare to both LJ and MM)?
BTW, 5735 Cmnto Pulsera is still expensive when you consider http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100027762-5689_Caminito_Danzarin_La_Jolla_CA_92037 (exact same floor plan) sold for $823k. It sold for $450k in 1989. So, just based on 5689 Caminito Danzarin sold price, 5735 Cmnto Pulsera should be worth in low to mid 7s. These are what I truly call high end. They were going for almost 1/2 a Million 20+ years ago.
