I concur. There are subtle changes within a block or two that are not appreciated until you are in the area a while. I moved to SD from the midwest in the mid 1990’s and was glad I rented for a year while I explored alternatives. Even after that I ended up moving out of our first house within 5 years to a place less than 1 mile away.
