jpinpb, I completely agree. That’s why it’s getting really hard to sign another year lease when your rent is equal to mortgage w/out any down payment. I’m speculating that waiting another year will yield a saving due to price decline, but that in itself is a speculation, which is the same as those who bought in 2003 speculating it’ll continue to go up.
