JC: I don’t keep loaded guns in my house, but if you want a firearm that will get someone’s attention (even unloaded), go down to your local Big 5 or gun store and purchase a Mossberg 500 or Remington 870 Police. Fairly inexpensive, and nothing gets someone’s attention like a 12ga. pump-gun. I’d imagine that your problem will decide to go elsewhere if he knows you have the capability of spreading his midsection across your lawn.
