Thank you. I stand corrected. The cops went in to negotiate a raise while they were fighting the whole pension deal and from what I understood, they got part of the raise in 2004 and the next trigger would be in 2007.
But yes, you are right. There is no money for raises for anyone right now and that should include the Mayor and City Council.
Meanwhile, PB got another water main break today. Streets are closed over by Fanuel while they deal w/that mess. Job well done. Let’s give the Mayor a raise.
