it’s really easy to think you understand a rule of law until you try to apply it to a particular set of facts. go to law school and check it out. Everyone thinks the’re a constitutional scholar because they can read english. the truth is, you may think you’re pretty damn smart and it’s all real simple, and it’s much more complex and you’re not as smart as you think.
