It’s not east vs west, but rather, north vs south. If you just drive through the two development, you’ll notice the houses in the Marin development “Mason Heights” house, is much more cramp together. These house are very narrow and the width is only slight bigger than a 2 car garage. However, the houses on Walz have 3 car garage and the foot print of the house is still bigger than that. So, they’re more spaced out.
There are I think 3 main developments of ~2000 sq-ft houses off Calle Cristobal. 1st is the one on the north west part. These are houses north of Calle Cristobal and west of Thomas Hayes. These were built around mid 90s. The 2nd development is North and South of Calle Cristobal, on the eastern part. These were built around mid to late 80s. The 3rd development is the Marin development that’s where this Mason Heights houses is located. I would personally rank these 3 developments in the order I just listed. The area itself are all the same. But the lot size, age, and layout are very different. Which is why the rank them the order I did.
I just noticed the Mason Height house went pending as well, so I guess there are still buyers out there after all.
