It will be interesting to see if or perhaps how aggressively the Nikkei rallies on this news. On the one hand, the Nikkei, like so many markets, tends to follow the Dow like a puppy dog. On the other hand, in the wake of the Fed decision, it only take 89 yen to buy a dollar.
