It sounds like you found what you want. If not, the new homes next to Copperwood should be much less and the kids will be able to walk or bike to pool. Of course that will likely be at least 12 years in the future for you. For me the icing would be family close by and my wife’s family business close by also. One last thing to consider about Del Sur is that it is the kind of community that will attract mobile young families who will move in and out with startling regularity. I live in one of the most stable communities around and have seen my son lose multiple friends to relocation. I would expect more of that in Del Sur. While your neighbors will come and go, your family is forever. Dont minimize that consideration.
