Getting from where you are to where you want to be is going to be a hassle and time consuming especially with finishing raising those two boys. In any case, if you want to get there,unless it is difficult,you are not going to get there. Lots of nice people are on section 8 or live in a rusty trailer in the middle of nowhere AZ.
Profitting from something you need anyway,namely shelter, is a no brainer, hassles or not…..especially coming from where you are now and your age. I’ll try to think of easier ways. I try to think of easier ways every day. If you don’t make a lot of money and don’t have a lot of cash ,as in …it takes money to make money ,you better get tougher than you are sounding right now. Sometimes you just can’t make much money or grow it. Why not have a duplex helping out? I’d recommend a damn ugly one, if that is what it takes too.
