It says right on the link you gave that it’s a short sale (look to the right of the pictures.
And it looks like, other than price, they’re not really marketing it… Pictures of toilets and of junk piled on top of washing machines? C’mon….
I suspect they already have a buyer picked out. Nothing to base that on other than crappy photos.
