It said it’s BOM, so someone did try to buy it but the deal fell through. Did you have your agent contact the listing agent to see if there’s any offers on it yet? For a non-upgraded house of that size in that area, I would say it’s priced slightly above market, which might be why it’s not flying off the market. If they priced it at $350-375k instead of $385-400k, then I don’t they’d have problem finding a buyer. But since it seems to be a regular sale, the seller can wait.
