It is a fairly nice area, I used to live nearby in the 80’s. The price is pretty low for the lot size. I would get a thorough inspection to see how well it has been maintained and you can also check and see if the work done was permitted. I noticed some of the houses in the area still have shake shingle roofs which are not safe. I would also check the school scores out for that address.
