Granted, I don’t live in the area, but I’ve driven around a bit of Murrieta/Temecula and there are areas in Murrieta that look quite nice. Bear Creek, Greer Ranch, and Copper Canyon all look ok from my car with the windows rolled up.
Is the city of Murrieta run like hell? Or did they just build too much, too fast? Does proximity to Lake Elsinore and Wildomar drive down properties in Murrieta? Some areas of Murrieta look a little more run down than others, but I didn’t see hobos bathing in birdfeeders when I looked at homes in Greer Ranch.
Will I need to weld a cow-catcher onto the grill of my car and invest in body armor if I move to Murrieta? Why does Temecula make Murrieta look like Thunderdome?
