in terms of getting people (like me) off the fence, this kind of talk from officialdom does make me feel like I should wait for the “upcoming sale”–whether it’s on interest rates, bigger better incentives, or god knows what else….they cannot tell us exactly what it is, but it sure seems like it’s gonna be good. maybe a 20% off coupon?
