I’m with USAA and they never charge for an ATM withdrawal. Furthermore they will refund up to $1.50 of the ATM fees you are charged by the other bank. Up to $15.00/month. As I think about it I don’t know if my AM/PM fees are reimbursed, I should check into that.
Also if I use my debit/ATM as a Visa I get cash back each month. I don’t recall the %, but I want to say 1%. I think they stopped setting up checking accounts for non-military personnel some time last year.
