I’m thinking of getting the 95% efficiency furnace with variable speed and a 16 SEER AC. The review I read online vs the sales pitch the contractor gave me are quite different. Trane seems to be the most expensive and Goodman seems to be the cheapest. Yet, online the review for those two are about the same at 3 out of 5 stars.
