I'm starting to wonder if we'll hit zero in the next couple of years – ala Japan.
If we do hit zero with deflation concerns, – doesn't that pretty much make the Fed out of the picture with no decisions to make ?
I wonder what ARMS based on the Libor would look like in that case.
