I’m pretty sure that the number of sales Y-O-Y is declining faster than the number of listings Y-O-Y. Since the number of sales is but a fraction of the listings the sellers are still losing leverage.
That’s just the gross numbers. In terms of must-sell inventory that percentage is climbing and no end of that trend is within sight at this time.
