Im not sure. I heard that but could be wrong. I know there has been talk of turning old malls around the country into senior living complexes and residential. This was the mall closest to where I grew up and I spent a lot time there in the 70’s. At one point it one was one the largest and nicest malls in the US. It has been redeveloped into mixed use including residential.
