I’m not… I love Madison WI…. Hey long time no talk to! I thought i was going to ride out the crisis in the midwest…. but…. my wife is sick of the winter. I love it… I love my snowblower and i love my house. My house is a brand new monster for what a crappy condo would cost in San Diego. But she has her heart set on Coronado and we are waiting for the final exchange of offers, hopefully we get the house tomorrow (and then watch it not go down too much!!!)????
