I’m gonna disagree. You can get a nice house for close to $300/sq ft in CV but you better damn well have good representation and be ready to strike and you should be able to get one with a view under $350.
People told my client and I he couldnt get a nice house west of the 5 in Encinitas for under $300/sf. Guess what, $250/sq ft later on almost 1/2 acre in a 4700 sq ft custom house with pool we proved them wrong. You only need one and there may only be one. Make sure its you that gets it!
Heck SD R bought one on the courthouse steps on Lago Di Grata and flipped it to an end buyer who paid $292/sq ft. I refuse to believe you cant get a nice view house for $350/sf or less.
