I’m from WI, I have more people come visit me than all my other friends combined. My coworkers joke about how I’m running a hotel at my place.
They ALL want to live here, but they won’t sacrifice their houses and extra cash to do so. All I have to do is show them the rent and they say “no thanks”. When I show them housing prices, they laugh, my last friend brought a Real Estate magazine home so he could show everyone how crazy it is out here and for a few laughs.
It’s easy to put #1 CA in any poll, but when the rest of the facts are put on paper, hardly anyone is packing for the trip west.
