I’ll say again – Unionize IT workers and never deal with 3rd party recruiters.

Based on my experience, dealing with 3rd party recruiters is a complete waste of time.

Recruiters are like Realtors of the IT world – bottom feeders that will suck the life out of you among other things.

I’d rather stand in an unemployment line than deal with an IT recruiter.
