If you’re in a canyon in RSF the realtor will say “Greenbelts surround this lush Canyon home” if you’re in SEH it suddenly becomes a “firetrap”. Gimme a break. There are currently 3 entrances/exits out of SEH. Just because there are mountains on either side, doesn’t mean it’s a “trap” of any kind.
Honestly I hope people don’t buy in SEH…maybe that will drive down the cost so we can actually afford one of these over-priced homes. But for now, I’m content to rent in SEH and Mtn. Bike the mountains surrounding it…but don’t worry, I always carry my fire extinguisher with me on rides… just in case I get trapped by those sneaky infernos.
