IF you’re close to Rancho Penasquitos, try Oviedo Street off of Black Mountain north of the 56. Unofficially, it’s “Christmas Card Lane,” where many houses have wooden cut-outs with various themes. While the original concept may have been to remain simple, there are also a lots of lights, and one house even had carolers out front last night.
I can only imagine how annoying it would get if one actually lived there, but we take our children through there every year. It’s wonderful.
