If you look at the CPI Inflation calculator it should be 356k.
I think that w/rates still so low, 447k for a canyon 1/3 acre lot for that area (Sorrento Valley) is a very good price. I’m not an expert in MM, but that seems pretty good. I remember Waterbridge townhomes selling for that price.
