If both parties are unhappy with the price it doesnt mean anything. Of course buyers would always like to pay less and sellers would like to get more. Since when is that news?
That was never my point. Do they fell they got a fair deal and do the sellers feel they did? That is the point not whether either party wishes they could have gotten more or paid less.
