I wasn’t calling you a dirt anything, just pointing out that lot size is no defense in controlling who the neighbors are.
With regards to preventing “weird single guy” syndrome it’s way too late for that and a stable woman is not the cure, then I’m just weird unhappy married guy. unstable women are so much more entertaining anyway.
There is no such thing as excessive cigar smoking or too much of the other thing. Almost every male celebrity to exceed the age of 90 had a cigar in hand, doctors should issue them. (george burns, sinatra, berle, etc.)
Once you add the word “stable” to “female presence,” that’s where I get off the bus, if they get painting and decorating rights I end up shopping for a new house, I’m done buying houses as parting gifts. But I do appreciate your concern, however my favorite thing about myself is that I am “weird.” It works for me.
