I used to be morbid obese and suffered from major health problems so had no choice.
And when I started walking and cooking healthy food, I lost 100 pounds in 16 months. I feel better. Good food makes you feel better. I no longer drink sodas or juices or eat junk. Once a while I have a piece of chocolate but not much. Tonight was sea scallops with sundried tomato in olive oil for lunch and grilled sesame beef with espresso for dessert. Cost me less than $10 for all this good food and I have left overs for next day. Fast food is poison and expensive. Not to mention that after losing my high paying technology DBA consulting job, it keeps the budget in line. Eating out is expensive.
Now finding grass fed beef unfortunately is getting more difficult. Henrys market used to carry it as did Trader Joes. Unfortunately, now I have to go to either Whole Foods or Jimbos to find the organic free range grass fed beef. Maybe I should move to New Zealand or Argentina?
