I understand a lot of that stuff is minor, but it sure doesn’t help to sell your million-dollar crap box. The overall effect of the outward appearance of the place was to make it look much older than it is, and it makes the rest of the homes in the neighborhood look older too.
I guess I should be thankful, this place is making the whole area cheaper, which is what I really want anyway. As you know jp, 4S is still on our radar screen. Commute may be a pain, but it has more options than Scripps to downtown.
