I think you are seeing this project from the perspective of a single older man, which is not really representative. And I don’t know who the business interests are that you are speaking of – office space vacancy rates were at about 18% at the end of last year for San Diego, so tenants have a lot of places to go. Plus I’m sure there are a lot of landlords who don’t want to see another 1.5 million SF built.
One Paseo will, hopefully, be resubmitted as a project that comports with the current zoning guidelines. No one can object to that –
