I think this is a much better way to go – much less risky that using an existing brand name restaurant such as Ruth Chris. Inventing a name specifically for that location helps minimize damage to the chain name should it not work out for whatever reason, since it is a new concept.
Will be interesting to watch how this pans out…it might be a runaway success or a complete flop. Car dealerships around the country will be watching, too.
I’m still a little surprised by the design of the building which looks like it was lifted straight out of the 1960s (from afar anyway, I’ve never been in it).
