I think there actually is a Pho King in SD, but I believe its in El Cajon or somewhere east on the 8. I still plan on opening a vietnamese american fusion BBQ restaurant. I will call it Pho Q. Then when my restaurant is wildly successful I’ll open a new branch called Pho Q 2.
