I think the time to buy in was last Friday. I also took cash out last year, with the hopes of putting down on a house but I just can’t seem to do it as prices still seem to high to me. As volatile as the market has been I expect it will hover between 9 and 10,000 until the end of the year. Smart people are investing in good stocks right now, I don’t have that ability to individually analyze stocks so I pretty much ignore the markets wild swings.
