I think the issue is that the commerce clause also the government to regulate all sorts of activity. However, it doesn’t allow them to regulate inactivity. Which essentially is what is happening by them requiring people to purchase healthcare that don’t have it…or don’t want it. This reminds me of a lot of the crap FDR pulled during the Raw Deal.
