“I suspect that we are coming to the end of this downtrend”
Once again, unless this downtrend lasts forever then he WILL be correct on that quote.
It’s a lot like Warren Buffett saying that the next 100% move in the stock market will be UP rather than DOWN. (Anyone willing to take that bet?)
