i see many listing for mcmansion at $80 sq ft in murrieta. they look like theya re going for more than 50% off peak. but if prices in san diego come down, won’t these come down too? my view is, interest rates spike suddenly sometime in the next 36 months, prices come down. and it doens’t matter at all whether buy now or then, the payment will be around the saem. so we might as well just keep looking for a place where she gets the right vibe.
urge to move to alaska has faded. i just want to stay here.
