I saw that and I knew it would be quick. I haven’t come across too many usable lots like that and for someone who has some dough to burn, it’s a nice piece of property in a good area. I’m pretty discriminating and I really liked this place. Just wasn’t going to work for me at that price. I want that extra bath and I’m not compromising on that. The extra money to make that happen just exceeds what I’m willing to spend on the place.
I remain hopeful. We’re looking at almost 16k in inventory in SD County, not counting whatever the banks decide to trickle in down the road. Maybe there’s something out there that’ll fit my criteria.
