I remember this home well. We liked it because of the large lot but were wondering if there was noise from the 52 coming up the canyone. Also I couldnt believe that they wanted 860 for it. The have several recorded loans against it so getting the exact amount is challenging. It could be as high as over 1M but I am doubtful of that.
