I quoted what you said because it was an ignorant statement. I think any astute buyer or seller would go out of the way to select an agent that brings more to the table because the entry level requirements to become licensed are so easy. Thus you get a lot of boneheads in the industry. If that is all you want in an agent then usually that is all you get. If you are having trouble comprehending what I wrote then quote it and I will explain it better so you can understand and try to divert away from your other statement.
