I live in Encinitas and drive through Rancho Santa Fe everyday on my way to, and from, work. If I wanted to start collecting for sale signs…I’d start on my commute. There are numerous driveways (you know the long driveways that lead up and over a hill to some “paradise” in hiding) with 3 or 4 for sale signs at the road-head.
By the way, is it just me or is it in their CC&R’s that they have to list with Prudential…I swear those blue and white signs are breeding.
