I let SD R do the heavy lifting on this one for ya CAR. What I am seeing has alot more to do with lower prices, low rates and people that have been waitng for both for many years. Prices are lower many places than they have been for more than 5 years. Imagine how many prudent yet priced out folks may have piled up in that time frame waitng to get into a home of their own.
